They did an excellent job with explaining everything about their windows, and how they operate. Was hesitant getting vinyl windows, but you really can't tell the difference between the vinyl and my wood windows, unless you look really closely. And the vinyl is going to last a lot longer. I also love the double pane windows, because it keeps much more noise out. Also , the salesman was wonderful, just a down-to-earth, real guy. He wasn't pushy at all, and never tried to sell me something with pressure. He just explained his windows and waited for me to make the decision. I really appreciate that, because I do not like high pressure sales. Also, these windows were very reasonably priced. So definitely would recommend this company.

They were on time, professional and kind. I have not had to turn on the air conditioner since windows/doors install. The team was very patient with my border collie and even played with him. Dan listened to what I wanted for my home and explained the cost clearly. Answered all questions. It was a great investment!!!

Aside from a delay in our window arriving (I blame COVID), the work went off without a hitch. We have used Window Depot USA of Indianapolis to replace 6 windows, a door, and turn a door into a window. They have always provided great service, value, and products. We have noticed a difference in our home with better insulated windows. Definitely worth the investment

Ward was very knowledgeable about windows for sure!!! I did my research and these guys know their stuff! Their dedicated installers are in and out replacing all of our windows in just a few hours! Friendly, competent and great followup a week later to make sure we were happy. The difference in sound and temperature were immediate!

I won't say Window Depot has the cheapest replacement windows, but that's the point. The quality of the ProVia window is unbeatable. The installation was easy and professional, some of the best installers I've ever seen. There was an issue with one window which the installers and sales person solved in a matter of days to great satisfaction. With the extreme cold this winter, the windows kept the cold firmly outside sustaining comfort on the inside. I feel confident these Window Depot/ProVia windows are quality now and will 10 years from now. Not the cheapest, but certainly the best.

I had a great experience with Window Depot. Dan visited me with samples. The installation went smoothly with one hiccup. One of the panes of glass was broken, so they came back the following week and replaced it.

I liked working with Window Depot, they were very professional and offer a great value.

I had siding and gutters installed and the work was done and it was quality workmanship.
Although, after doing the research, I would consider Hardy the best, I went with LP because the weight is much less, great warranty and less expensive than Hardy.
I would definitely recommend the company, at least for gutters and siding, that's all I had done.
I would probably have given the company 4.7 stars, but it isn't possible. No company is perfect, but they addressed all my concerns immediately! That is hard to come by and is what sets a company apart from others.

I am considering them for future work as well.

We love our new Provia windows from Window Depot that the charismatic, enthusiastic, and extremely knowledgeable Ward sold to us. He was very forthright in determining our needs and genuinely presented exactly what we were looking for and nothing more or less. The install team took the time to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction and we appreciated most that this company genuinely cares about customer satisfaction! During our install the GM stopped by, brought us a thank you gift, and checked on our installion process. I give them a 4 1/2 because had the installers worn booties to cover their shoes, I would have been happier. We got quotes from 4 other companies and are so happy with our decision to use Window Depot. You won't be disappointed, I promise!!

They did an excellent job with explaining everything about their windows, and how they operate. These windows were very reasonably priced. I was really hesitant getting vinyl windows, and although I honestly did like the look of my wood windows a bit better, the vinyl is going to last a lot longer, as my wood windows rotted out, and we're basically held in by caulk. And the difference in look between the wood and the vinyl is not significant enough to warrant the difference in price. These windows were simply the better decision. I also love the fact that the windows are double paned, because it really does make a difference in helping to keep the noise level down from the neighbor's weed eaters and power tools. Although my previous windows were also double paned, the new windows keep my room warmer then the old windows. I wasn't expecting such a difference.

I knocked one star off, because the color swatch for the red is not the same color that is shown on the outside of the windows. The window itself is the correct color, but the outside trim is more of a ketchup color. I think this occurred because the trim is made out of a different material than the window, so the paint color looks different. I wish the color of the trim matched the color on the swatch I was given, because the color that's visible is brighter than I would have liked. The salesman suggested I paint it a bit darker if I wanted, but that would defeat the whole point of choosing a color for my windows, and the last thing I want to do after spending money on new windows, is to take the time to paint them. I'm glad I didn't, because later the company told me this would've voided my warranty.

Other than the issue with trim color, I really like these windows! They operate nicely, keep the noise down considerably, are very easy to care for, and are going to last forever. I definitely would recommend this company.

We had a few Pella 350 windows installed a few years ago. Unfortunately for us Pella has discontinued the 350. The 350 was a very well built window, after looking at many different window companies we found the Window Depot Gold series was as every bit as good as the 350 where others fell far short of the mark. Thank you Ward and the excellent installation crew. Zero disappointments, exceptional customer service!

This business rocks. Quality of windows & front door really floored us. Prices are so much more reasonable. Believe me we did estimates. 50% difference in pricing?!? Staff was a great to work with.

Very professional and the quality of work is above all. They put in a storm door and a new kitchen window. The wrap job on the outside is fantastic. Everything was done as promised, plus. I would recommend then for any window and door job.

I had a fantastic experience with Window Depot and Ward. They had a competitive bid with higher quality windows than anybody else I looked at. Their installation team did 12 windows in just a few hours and were respectful the entire time as I was working from home. It's been a few months and multiple seasons worth of weather and I've had no issues yet. Couldn't recommend them more.
